33mbd Terms & Conditions

01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 33mbd platform ("Company", "we", or "33mbd") and each individual using the platform ("User", "you", or "Player").

By using the 33mbd website, mobile version, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms have been drafted in accordance with Bangladeshi laws and applicable regulations, and are intended to protect the interests of both parties.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and enjoy gaming services on 33mbd, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — available to those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a real person and operate the account in your own name.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• The Company may request documents for age and identity verification at any time.
• Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and any existing balance may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out on your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number, email, or address), please inform our support team. The Company will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on 33mbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.
• Under anti-money laundering regulations, the Company may request additional documents to confirm identity before processing a withdrawal.
• The Company reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33mbd offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive the bonus, the applicable rules at the time of deposit must be followed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each player may receive a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activities and are not directly withdrawable.
• The validity period of a bonus is limited to the timeframe set by the Company.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined in one account unless specifically permitted.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the Company may forfeit the bonus.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Gaming Activities

All gaming activities must be conducted honestly. Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial means to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault, disconnection, or system failure occurs during gameplay, the Company may void that round and the stake will be refunded. The Company's decision shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbd platform. Violations will result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or other technical attacks.
• Using automated bots or scripts to operate games.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by the Company

33mbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or operation of an account by an ineligible individual.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. All outstanding bets must be settled before the account is closed. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

09 Responsible Gaming

The Company's total liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the period of the dispute in question.
